I have a mailchimp sign up form. How do I have that show as a conversion item?

To show the Mail Chimp form as conversion item, click on Conversion Goals button in page designer, check the Form Submission checkbox, click OK, and save the page.

Please let us know if you need any assistance in setting up Conversion Goals or using Hyperconverison.
